The Talent Acquisition Partner at Terminal will help us find the highest quality candidates for our partners and our internal teams across a wide spectrum of technical skills and experience. You’ll create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process. You will be part of our foundational recruiting team, helping to design the process that allows us to deliver quality at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Full-cycle recruitment of technical positions across multiple levels of seniority, multiple companies and multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and existing teams to deeply understand hiring needs; and to represent the best candidates in the area to hiring managers.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Terminal and each client company to candidates at all levels and internal TA team.
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Be an account manager for the clients and internal TA team, including sourcers, coordinators, and managers.
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans with sourcing team, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
  • Create and own a positive candidate experience, and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help them make the best decision.
  • Leverage analytical skills, data, and tools to guide planning and execution against key business objectives.
  • Embody, as an ambassador, the values, mission, and story for Terminal.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
  • Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
  • Experience in helping scale an early stage team.
  • Ability to speak with clients at various stages through the recruitment lifecycle
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • 2 years IT or Technical recruiting experience
